This class will focus on muscle conditioning, pelvic floor, core.
Suitable for BOTH pregnant and post-natal women
It will focus on improving strength, posture, muscle, strengthen pelvic floor and core, and increase fitness
It will use a variety of equipment including weights, steps, fit-balls, boxing, resistance bands, body weight, etc
It will be delivered in a number of different formats including circuit, tabatta, endurances sets, etc.
The class will offer modifications so you can personally get the most out of the session
This class will challenge you in a fun and welcoming environment

PREGGI BELLIES CARDIO/FULL BODY WORKOUT​​

Group exercise to music class for pregnant women
Conducted on a medi ball
Includes a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training
Actively improves fitness, strength and well being
Strengthens pelvic floor, core and incorporates functional training

This class will help increase your strength and aerobic fitness levels
It may involve individual circuits, multiple circuit stations, group and individual work
Suitable for BOTH pregnant and post-natal women
It will focus on increasing and improving fitness, strength, muscle and the circuit based exercises will work out your entire body
It will use a variety of equipment including weights, steps, fit-balls, boxing, resistance bands, body weight, etc
This class will challenge you in a fun and welcoming environment

Excellent class for both pregnant and postnatal ladies
It works on the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles
It strengthens and stretches muscle groups which are weakened and tight from postural changes and stresses that occur during pregnancy, and following the birth of your baby
It is great postnatally for regaining pelvic floor, abdominal and back strength, which is needed when looking after your newborn
It is low impact and exercises can be modified

  MUMS & BUBS - MELBOURNE
 
The mums and bubs fitness class brings together mums and their beloved bubs and young children, to exercise in a fun & supportive environment.
Specialised post-natal exercises to assist with regaining fitness, strength, pelvic floor and abdominal strength
All fitness levels catered for.
Please note that the babies and young children are not used in the workout. They will be close by, within eye sight, with toys and play mats available to keep them occupied, whilst you work-out.
Suitable for women 6 weeks post-natal and up.
Great social atmosphere, where you can connect with other new mums.
Separate and private area to feed or change your little one

BOXERCISE MELBOURNE

Preggi Boxercise combines cardiovascular fitness, coordination and strength. Attitude is optional!
This class is suitable for BOTH pregnant and post-natal women, at all stages and fitness levels.
Exercises are modified accordingly so everyone can participate and get a great workout.
It is a great class to improve stamina, fitness, muscle strength, core stability and will work out your entire body
The class may take a variety of formats and involve shadow-boxing, boxing drills, hitting pads, steps, strength work, group and individual work, interval training.
You will learn boxing sequences involving punching, weaving, and ducking which utilise hand-eye coordination, balance and timing.
It is a non-contact class and no previous boxing experience needed.
The class is FUN, energetic, addictive, and the half hour will fly by!
Why not get your full hour of exercise in - do the boxercise class first, and then stay for the half hour core and pelvic floor class following

PELVIC FLOOR & CORE STRENGTHENING​​
